Continuing with its Business Webinar Series, and this time presented by its Business Member Polyglot, La Camara organised a Webinar on Essential steps your business can take to successfully adapt your workforce to disruptions caused by COVID-19.
One of the greatest challenges to businesses during this COVID-19 pandemic is how to manage and protect your greatest asset – your workforce.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn about different alternatives to redundancy (such as annual leave, deducing pay and working hours etc), as well as about the best practises in terms of managing a remote teams and more.
